When will my order be shipped?

You can expect your nail products to be shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays). However, some days we do offer same day shipping. If nothing was posted that day via social media about same day shipping please allow the normal processing time for your order which is 3-5 business days.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email and/or text along with a tracking number.

Can I cancel/add/edit my order once its been placed?

Yes, of course. If you need to cancel or change your order please email us at as soon as possible. If we have packaged/ processed your order yet we will try our best to accommodate your changes. Unfortunately nothing can be done once we've processed your order. Cancellations must be done 24 hours after initially placing your order.

Can I return/exchange my order or parts of my order once i've received my order?

Due to the nature of of products all sales are FINAL. We don’t accept returns or exchanges.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us by email at with your order number, old shipping address, and the new/updated shipping address. Once the order is packaged/processed we will not be able to update the shipping address.

Why is my order unfulfilled?

Don’t worry! An unfulfilled order means its currently being processed to be packaged and shipped to you. Once your order is packaged and processed it’ll be marked as "Fulfilled" and you will receive your tracking info.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

No worries! Just sign up for notification on the sold out product page. We will send an email to let you know when that product(s) is back in stock.

What if my order was damaged or incorrect upon opening my package?

We do our best to pack your orders very carefully to ensure all products will be in the same condition as we shipped them to you.If your products were damaged and/or incorrect please contact us by email at including your first & last name and your order number. Please include detailed information about your package concerns. Photo evidence will be great.
